c/o Hui o Nā o Nā Wai ʻEhā - Wailuku Stream Update (2-25-15): Day #2 - HC&S working hard to weld metal plates and cement work. They are hoping to be complete by the end of the week. EMI Water Resource Manager Garret Hew said that if base flow still makes it in the diversion, they will increase the plating even further to ensure that all of the water stays in the stream and is not diverted.
